At ADI Potrero, our town initiatives focus on bringing the community together to foster growth and vitality in our beloved village. Through collaborative efforts, we identify key areas that need attention and develop projects that enhance public spaces, support local businesses, and create vibrant community events. Whether it’s a street clean-up, a town baile, or an improved recycling program, each initiative is designed with the input and participation by you: residents, expats, and local businesses & organizations.

Since 2023, ADI Potrero had to devote the majority of its time to re-establishing its official status and pushing forward much-needed community projects. While navigating bureaucracy is never easy, taking action for our town couldn’t wait. We’ve focused on long-overdue initiatives essential to daily operations and structures, and now, with growing momentum, we’re seeing real transformation. From community clean-up days to seasonal festivals, our efforts—made possible by the incredible support of Potrero and neighboring collaborators—are not only improving our surroundings but also strengthening the connections that make our town so special.
